This Master Work Authorization (“Agreement”) establishes the working relationship between Brightside TLI LLC (“Service Provider”) and the undersigned company (“Client”). By signing this Agreement, the Client may refer insurance claims requiring Total Loss Inventory documentation services to Brightside TLI LLC.
Scope of Services
Brightside TLI provides Total Loss Inventory documentation services including itemization of personal property, photo documentation, replacement cost research, estimated item age, and preparation of a claim-ready inventory report. Services may support both residential and commercial losses nationwide.
Pricing Structure
Services are billed strictly per line item with no administrative or percentage-based fees.
• Standard Personal Property Items: $2.50 per line item
• Specialty Items requiring extended research (e.g., jewelry, artwork, custom textiles): $3.75 per line item
Billing and Deliverables
Upon completion of the inventory preparation, Brightside TLI will issue an invoice based on the total number of documented items. Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. The completed inventory documentation package will be released upon payment of the invoice.
Revisions
Brightside TLI will reasonably assist with revisions or clarification requests related to the documented inventory during the claim process.
Independent Service Provider
Brightside TLI provides documentation services only and does not participate in claim negotiation, settlement decisions, or legal representation.
Payment Responsibility
The referring Client is responsible for payment of Brightside TLI invoices regardless of claim outcome. This Agreement authorizes the Client to refer claims to Brightside TLI under these terms without requiring separate agreements for each claim.
